Uutechnic Group has Sold AP-Tela Oy and Focuses on Mixing Technology
Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj has sold the share capital of AP-Tela Oy in Kokkola with the price of EUR 3.5 million to a Finnish engineering workshop, who will inform about the acquisition later. The price was fully paid in the transaction. The effect of the transaction on the Group’s equity and profit is approximately EUR -0,3 million. AP-Tela Oy’s turnover for the last financial year was approximately EUR 5.9 million and the company has 30 employees.
This transaction is part of the Uutechnic Group’s strategy of focusing on Mixing Technology. From now on Group includes the parent company Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj, Uutechnic Oy in Uusikaupunki Finland and Stelzer Rühtechnik International GmbH in Warburg Germany. Uutechnic Group will publish a half year report on July 31, 2019.
