UUTECHNIC GROUP’S FINANCING ARRANGEMENT PUT INTO EFFECT

Uutechnic Group (former Vaahto Group) has announced on October 28 2015 of conditional financing arrangement with respect to the planned corporate transaction. This financing arrangement is now put into effect including debt forgiveness, refinancing of loans and new working capital funds. The arrangement will have a significant effect on the Group’s balance sheet and financial position.
