All the Shares of Uutechnic Group’s Directed Share Issue have been Subscribed

ALL THE SHARES OF UUTECHNIC GROUP’S DIRECTED SHARE ISSUE HAVE BEEN SUBSCRIBED

All 6 000 000 new Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj’s shares, with total consideration of 1 500 000 euros, offered in a directed share issue to the owners of Uutechnic Oy and parties pointed by the owners, have been subscribed and paid in full. The board of directors has approved the subscriptions. Of 30 000 000 new shares offered in the directed share issue, 24 000 000 were subscribed and paid with shares of Uutechnic Oy on December 31, 2015. All the share issues related to Uutechnic transaction have now been finalized.
