PLC UUTECHNIC GROUP CANCELS ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj’s board of directors has decided to cancel the Annual General Meeting from Wednesday 25th of March 2020 based on the development of the coronavirus situation and the announcement by the Finnish Government on 16th March.
Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj will convene the Annual General Meeting at a later stage.
