AK-TEHDAS OY, A SUBSIDIARY OF VAAHTO GROUP, RENAMED AS VAAHTO ROLL SERVICE OY

AK-Tehdas Oy, a subsidiary of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj, has December 28, 2007 changed its name to Vaahto Roll Service Oy. The new name describes better the business of the company as a part of Vaahto Pulp & Paper Machinery –business unit and also supports the operations in international market. Vaahto Roll Service Oy is located in Tampere and the business strategy of it is to offer integrated roll services including design, manufacturing and assembly of rolls for pulp and paper machines as well as roll covering, maintenance and spare part services.

Vaahto Roll Service Oy is part of Vaahto Group, which is a globally operating high technology company serving process industry in the fields of pulp and paper machinery and process machinery.
