NOTIFICATION ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Vaahto Group Plc Oyj has today received a notification in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act on the following change in holdings:

The total number of shares and voting rights in Vaahto Group Plc Oyj held by Heikki Vaahto has as a result of transactions carried out on 9 February 2011 fallen below the 5 per cent (5%) threshold.

The holdings of Heikki Vaahto after the transactions carried out on 9 February 2011 are as follows:
