The CEO of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj (Future Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj) Will Change

THE CEO OF VAAHTO GROUP PLC OYJ (FUTURE PLC UUTECHNIC GROUP OYJ) WILL CHANGE

Kalle Rasinmäki will finish his assignment as the CEO of Vaahto Group Plc Oyj (future Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj) on November 30 2015, as mutually agreed. He continues to work in the service of the company in special assignments until January 31 2016. M.Sc. (Tech.) Martti Heikkilä has been appointed as a new CEO of Vaahto Group Plc, starting on December 1, 2015. His previous position was the Managing Director of Uutechnic Oy. Mr. Heikkilä will continue as the Managing Director of Uutechnic Oy and he has also been appointed to act as the Managing Director of Japrotek Oy Ab and AP-Tela Oy.
