Want to find out more about optimizing agitators in biogas plants? Covering applications, technologies, rheology and optimization of mixers and flows, get deep insights from this new whitepaper dedicated to biogas agitation.
The UTG Mixing Group is your partner for new methods in biogas systems and renewable energy production.
We have extensive process and agitator know-how, for example in second-generation bioethanol production and modern fatty acid ester processes for biodiesel.
Instead of standard solutions, we consistently apply individual adaptations and further developments that make our agitators leaders in their field.
We design and produce highly efficient axial and countercurrent flow impellers with optimized low shear rates according to individual specifications. The agitators ensure very gentle product treatment and are available as top or side-entry agitators. Agitators may be implemented with free overhang shafts without bottom-bearing, which avoids maintenance inside the tank. Side-entry agitators have reliable drive and sealing systems and can be equipped with a fast change device to replace seals on a full tank.
Agitation processes require individual adaptations
Individual solutions in close cooperation with our customers are based on detailed analysis. UTG Mixing Technology R&D Center consists of a testing laboratory in Warburg, Germany, and is backed up by our process experts and researchers at our local offices in Finland and Germany. We also offer a wide range of our own innovations that provide optimized flow performance. We develop and design according to case-specific requirements in order to optimize new customer processes.
We look forward to your inquiry and are available to answer any questions you may have.
