Our research and development work at our own test laboratory, in-house process engineers and our partnerships for decades in almost all branches of industry bring vision and flexibility to a wide range of processes. In this way, we are able to meet the challenges of the future, for example in the development of new types of bioproduct processes, better than traditional mixer manufacturers.

In paper production chests with a solids content of TS 6%, we recommend side-entry agitators. Central agitators installed from the top or bottom with scraper systems are used for solid contents up to TS 20%.

Instead of standard solutions, we consistently apply individual adaptations and further developments that make our agitators leaders in their field.

Highly efficient axial flow and counterflow impellers with optimized low shear rates ensure maximum product protection

Agitators are available as top or side-entry units. We calculate the size of caverns according to the characteristics of the agitated material (for example hard or soft wood) using updated rheological flow models. This allows us to provide process-optimized designs.

Central agitators installed from the top can be equipped with free overhung shafts or with bottom bearings. We also design top agitators with a fast change device for bearings on request.

Side-entry agitators have reliable drive and sealing systems and a fast change device to replace seals on a full chest.
